Labour Code amendment: medical screening to be recognized by subsequent employers

I encourage you to read my December 2014 Legal Alert on amendments to the provisions regarding initial medical screenings. The amendments result from the Act of 7 November 2014 on Facilitating Business Activity (Journal of Laws 2014 item 1662), which is designed to simplify business operations in Poland and relax the related requirements and procedures.  The scope of amendments covers i.a. the area of labour law, and the changes introduce possibility for subsequent employers to recognize current medical certificate, held by employee, confirming that there are no contraindications to working on a given position.
